Do I need a card to sign up?
No card is needed. Both the six-month early-adopter offer and the 14-day trial start without one.
Do you take a fee per booking or per diner?
Cheeky Table never takes a fee per booking or per diner. You pay one flat monthly price, however many covers you book.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract. Just email us whenever you want to stop.
Can I bring over existing reservations?
Add them during setup. If you have a lot to move, get in touch and we'll help.
Is my restaurant's data secure?
Each restaurant's data is stored separately and encrypted, and is never shared between accounts.
What happens when my free period ends?
We email you beforehand. You choose whether to continue; nothing is billed without your confirmation.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests book on your booking page or the widget on your website, in any browser and in 10 languages. They get an email confirmation and a reminder the morning before, each with a link to cancel online.
Can I keep my OpenTable or other marketplace listing?
Yes. Many venues keep a marketplace listing for its diners and use Cheeky Table for bookings from their own website, Instagram and Google profile. Bookings that come straight to you then carry no per-cover fee.
Does Cheeky Table help with no-shows?
Yes. Every guest gets a confirmation and a reminder the morning before, each with a one-click cancel link, so a guest who can't come frees the table instead of not turning up. OpenTable's 2026 research puts the cost of a no-show for a table of two at £55.70 in the UK.
